Greenwood-Phinney's Halloween Safe Trick or Treat is considered an excellent way to promote neighborhood business. Several hundred little ghosts and goblins visit the area businesses which display a big orange poster inviting them in for a treat. The event is held every year on the Saturday afternoon before Halloween.
